Short-term Non-Substance and Behavioral Dependency Program

After the detoxification (gradual or abrupt release of the brain from the addictive substances) is followed, a rehabilitation program follows.

Detox programs may be:

  • Inner residence, ie in a therapeutic community or other landscaped area, with the help of professionals.
  • External stay, ie stay at home with the support of family and friends and frequent visits to the Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist

Short-term Program (Three months)

A short-term 3-month external rehabilitation program is proposed at "Veresies Clinic".

The Short-term Dependency Program provides an intensive response to the problem of dependency with the "STEP BY STEP" specialist program.

This program has been designed and addresses the addiction of alcohol, heroin, cannabis, cocaine, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines and others.

It also helps to change the course of the user, avoid old behaviors, change lifestyle, friends related to abuse, and reduce the risk of relapse.

The personalized "STEP BY STEP" rehabilitation program is done by a qualified Clinical Psychologist under the supervision of a Psychiatrist, and the frequency of meetings is determined according to the needs of the patient.

The program also proposes integration into self-help groups as well as later psychological support via the internet (skype).

All programs of Veresies Clinic are approved and supervised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC).
